Women’s Ministry

Our Mission Statement

It is the desire of the women’s ministry at FBC Fenton to educate, equip, and encourage women to walk in the ways of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our greatest hope is to see women dive into Bible studies in a way they have never done before. God’s Word is sufficient to educate, equip, and encourage and by joining together in groups and providing solid studies, we hope to help all women grasp and enjoy God’s Word.

We also provide many opportunities to learn from each other in fellowship and service.

Women’s Ministry Bible Studies – Bible study is the center of our ministry and we invite you to join us!!!  We are currently undertaking a series by Nancy Guthrie leading us through the entire Old Testament.   It’s not too late to step in. Gospel-Centered Old Testament Bible Studies  – I grew up learning Bible stories. Maybe you did too. But somehow along the way, I failed to grasp the big story of the Bible. It all seemed to be about what I was supposed to do for God instead of what he has done for me through Christ. So in these five ten-session Bible studies that cover the entirety of the Old Testament, we start over—looking for the grand story God has written in history, recorded in his book, about the grace he has revealed in Jesus Christ.  –  Nancy Guthrie

Are you a part of the Army of Women?

The FBC Army of Women is ready to serve in a number of ways.  This group of women was organized to meet needs that require not just one woman but an army to get the job done.  We provide meals for members who have ongoing difficulties and we collect items for St. Louis area women’s and children’s shelters.  Each month we emphasize a new item.   If you would like to sign up or would like additional information, contact Kay Coker at cokerkl@gmail.com.  Most calls to serve are communicated via email.

Stay in touch to learn of additional special events through the year.
